Celebrate with Us at the Capital Philharmonic Annual Gala on Sunday, March 1, 2026
Join us on March 1, 2026, for an unforgettable evening that seamlessly blends music, celebration, and community. Following our Chamber Orchestra concert in the War Memorial Ballroom, led by guest conductor Kenneth T. Bean, the space will transform into Gala mode.
Enjoy generous, chef-inspired hors d’oeuvres designed to feel like a meal, along with wine, beer, and a signature cocktail, all included with your ticket. The room will be set for mingling and movement, with a mix of high-top tables and larger seated tables, perfect for socializing without being tied to a seat.
The evening will also feature a silent auction of unique items and experiences including trips by Amfund and artwork by local artists, including a one-of-a-kind piece created live during the concert by Kat Laio.
We are proud to honor three individuals whose contributions have deeply shaped our organization and our community:
- Dr. Joel Phillips, composer, educator, lecturer and board member
- Lawrence “Larry” Hilton (posthumously), beloved Trenton arts advocate, with the award accepted by his sister Karen Hilton
- Lydia and Bill Keephart, founding Board members and Treasurer Emeritus
Come for the concert (tickets sold separately), stay for the celebration in honor of these community leaders and Capital Philharmonic.
